Katie Cruz is Managing Director at The Redford Center, overseeing a multitude of the organization’s management, growth, and strategy implementation. With a passion for creative leadership and storytelling, Katie has always strived to bring teams together with a common goal of creating positive change, fostering meaningful relationships and doing extraordinary work. With experience in both the non-profit and the corporate space as a leader and producer, Katie has led program teams that provided filmmaking education as well as produced documentaries and marketing content for clients and companies.
When not working Katie is hiking around San Francisco and beyond with her family and has been seen from time to time playing pickleball, doing yoga, and attending live theater.
