Producer Hanne Phlypo is a Belgian producer and founder of Clin d’oeil films. Since founding the company in 2010, she has produced over 40 films. Clin d’oeil is one of Belgium’s most prominent documentary production companies, focusing on creative, author-driven films with social or political statements and active in international co-productions. Associate producer Elke Hertogs graduated as director from LUCA School of Arts Brussels in 2017 and holds two Master’s degrees from KU Leuven in economics.
Starting as a financial consultant, she joined Clin d’Oeil Films in 2022. Recent productions include THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SUN (Berlinale 2026) KABUL, BETWEEN PRAYERS (Venice 2025), DRAW FOR CHANGE! (Canneseries winner 2023), CUBA & ALASKA (Sheffield Docfest 2025), and POLITZEK (2025).
