Brazilian-American documentary director and producer based in Berkeley, California. Her films — including Children of the Amazon (PBS/ITVS) and Skin of Glass — have brought Brazilian environmental and social stories to international audiences. She has produced projects for the Jane Goodall Institute and Google, and her work has received support from the National Endowment for the Arts and the International Documentary Association.
