HOW WE GROW is a film about ambitious young farmers, ranchers and chefs building a community around locally grown food in the Roaring Fork Valley of Western Colorado.

Since receiving the 2016 Redford Center Grant award, HOW WE GROW was an official selection of, and screened at, the 5Points Film Festival, and the Colorado Environmental Film Festival. HOW WE GROW also received the 2018 “Best of the Fest” award from the Colorado Environmental Film Festival.

The film’s impact campaign is geared toward amplifying the efforts of the Roaring Fork farmers and ranchers, and sharing their challenges and successes with others around the United States to encourage the growth of more local food community efforts.
